I thought about leaving a comment on ESPN about how UK has beaten no one and should be ranked below IU, but didn't feel like getting bombarded with hilljack hate mail. Are those 40-0 T-shirts still around or are they all in Ethiopia by now?

Yeah, they really need to expand the playoff to 8 teams. It's silly that a conference champion could potentially be snubbed in favor of a team they beat that didn't even play in the final game. If they took 8 teams, they could have 5 auto bids for the conference champions, then 3 wild cards. That's also the only way somebody like Western Michigan could ever have a chance of winning (or even playing for) a national title. Otherwise, why even have them in FBS?

Boy, Penn State sure came to play tonight. Two years ago, OSU made the playoffs because Wisconsin didn't show up for the Big Ten final. Now, they're going to get in because of the Badgers winning it.
