What do you mean by this? In the 90's we were a very mediocre program, but embarrasingly better than we are now. IU decided it was time to become better so we fired coach Bill Mallory and tried to take the next step higher. We all cheered the decision at the time. Turns out we just hired poorly through present day. I feel like we're trying, we just haven't gotten it right yet.

It's November so Purdoo might win. They certainly can't in March

He's in his own head. Hopefully he has a game where he hits some early to get into his groove I've never been one to believe shooters can shoot their way out of a slump, I believe they need to defend their way out of one. Play hard D, get a steal, make an uncontested layup. After hitting those layups, the rim gets much larger

Fair. I should have said end of year Oregon Ware with the reputation of effort issues. It's the first I've seen of it this season and he's easily our best player. He just disappeared in the second half.

Reneau was great! It's a shame the one sided officiating took him out of the game. Horrendous, horrendously one sided officiating. I have confidence that Xavier will become one of our best players. He just has to control his temper. Ware was great early, but became Oregon Ware in the second half. He doesn't like contact, we'll see how that plays out this season. Mgbako needs to come off the bench. Earn his minutes. Because he's a complete disaster.

Woody needs to get kicked out of this game by calling out the refs
