Justin Smith looks like one of our best shooters in the limited time he's been on the court. Need to figure out a way to get him involved but obviously the game is still a bit too fast for him.

I drove to Bloomington in November and there seemed to be a lot of construction on 37. To the point where traffic is constricted to one lane in some areas so northbound or southbound can be completely shut down while the single lane operates one way. I think we took 67 to Spencer and then took 46 over. Mind you this wasn’t even a game day. I’m sure there are others who use it more frequently who can chime in.

Trendon is going to be a great college player. Would take him over Brooks honestly.

I noticed this a lot when watching the game live. Double team ball handler, and the man who the second defender leaves is wide open in the corner for a three. Infuriating.

What is this team? If Morgan doesn’t score 30 pts we don’t have a chance. Where is Robert Johnson? Where is Newkirk? Why is Durham starting if he can’t do anything on the offensive end? Too many guys who can’t score on this team.

Didn't Ryan resign in the middle of the season? Wisconsin didn't have much choice at that point and Gard had the team finish strong that year if I remember correctly. Not much the AD could have done at the time.

Didn't someone just post an article that Nunge was Fran's neighbor growing up? I don't think he was coming here regardless. Nunge may end up as the better player but I like our chances with Moore.

I'm glad that Bardo mentioned RoJo's rebounding effort. He was getting up there and pulling down some nice boards. I think he had 5 rebounds in the first half. The flip side is De'Ron doesn't seem to rebound well. I don't know if it's position, hands, or what. De'Ron should be pulling down 8-10 boards a game. Instead, he's getting 5 or so a game.

Definitely looked like a freshman at times but otherwise looked good. He got pushed around a little but he hit some shots and seemed to position himself well on offense and defense.

Did you, though? 8 games into a brand new system. A roster that lost a first round NIT game and then had 3 players leave for the NBA. At the very least we should wait until the new year to judge this team.

We need some guys to knock down outside shots, especially the wide open ones we've been clanging off the rim recently. And by "outside shots", I don't mean the 18 ft two pointers we were so fond of taking vs Michigan.

Brooks is far from a sure thing though. Why not stay hard on Watford?
