    NCAA leaves it to the refs’ discretion. So basically the NCAA says “hey if you guys wanna tell the stadium and its 100k fans to turn down the PA, have at it!”

    Have also heard this from people in the AD, the only difference being that the unknown practice times were more of the rule than an exception. Just an insane way to run a program no matter how often that happened lol.

    In this scenario, Notre Dame won’t be a 2-loss SEC champion and the field is 12 instead of 4 so yeah I feel pretty good about it. Not even close to the same situation. Today is playing out pretty well for us so far, too bad Fleck just played the end of their game like a big giant sissy.
