  1. You’re right on A and I agree about B. UGA is sitting around $600 per to get in right now. Highest I’ve seen by a couple hundred bucks.
  2. If you’re ever having trouble deciding the winner of a back-and-forth, it’s almost always the one going after spelling and punctuation errors.
  3. Road teams get something like 3,500 tickets. Can’t imagine those will be easy to get hands on unless you know someone. You can look on re-sale sites for other schools already, but I’m not thinking those prices are accurate at this point, for better or worse. For example, if we play at ND I’m guessing current prices would just about triple and they’re already around $400 to get in.
  4. I agree. PSU would be a drive. You’re flying to Pitt or DC/Baltimore just to drive another 3 hours to State College basically. That one is a crap sandwich no matter how you slice it.
  5. The only recruiting worth following is out of the portal. The other day I saw a tweet about a kid that basically read “(Player), 4-star (school) commit, will decide between (schools) on signing day.” I don’t remember the details because they weren’t worth remembering. He’ll probably flip 3 more times before Wednesday.
  6. Penn State isn’t close to anything. Been there, done that, and I’m dreading that being the draw. Other than that, two easy drives (ND, OSU) or easy flights (UGA, Texas) seem to be the possibilities.
  7. A quiet Monday evening has me pricing travel to 4 likely CFP round 1 sites. Life is good folks.
  8. 3rd or 4th time we won this exercise this season.
  9. Bet he ripped that thing down harder than Jack Sawyer took the Michigan flag off the pole in the brawl.
  10. I think my CJ West-sized confusion comes from taking his redshirt in 2020. Let's find some BS waiver to get him another year.
  11. He's no George, but I think I'd take a long hard look at Yanni Karlaftis.
  12. Jailin's freshman season was 2021 though so he doesn't fall under the COVID rule at all. My read was that any kid in school in 2020 basically gets 6 years to play 5 seasons. The read could be wrong, but he is different than Walker.
  13. One of Maddix Blackwell's newest followers? Bryant Haines.
  14. You get a redshirt and a COVID year. CJ redshirted as a freshman, played 4, and would have his 5th available next season. Galloway never redshirted did he?
  15. Folks, it could go either way.
  16. Getting another year of CJ West would be a CJ West-sized boon to the defensive line. Based on what I'm seeing, I do think it would be available.
  17. I've done it before, but a few years before everything went digital. I'm not sure how or even if they do it anymore. Check TickPick, fees are built into the price. Total prices on all the re-sale sites end up being pretty close though whether fees are built in or not. SeatGeek usually has a million people pedaling promo codes too. Also, have you looked on the IU site? Not all those Christmas break games have sold out. There were even some lower bowl seats for the USC games a few days ago.
  18. Spot your opening/know where you're going, fill at least one hand with food/drink, and walk in like you know where you're headed (because you do!), tell the boys no gawking until seated. Execute the operation midway into the 1st half. I've never personally been asked for my ticket outside of sitting on the floor.
  19. Not overlooked, there just aren’t many meaningful reps for those guys throughout a season. Especially Cherry. The real development comes from January-July. Our portal activity at that position will be telling. It might be the only position where the level of need is a grey area.
  20. *gags* I'm rolling with TJ baby. Anyone thinking we're going to simply get Kurtis Rourke out of the portal again is setting up for disappointment. A phenomenal football player and more likely than not a total anomaly. We'll see who else pops up in the portal, but my expectation will be to see TJ (or hey, maybe even Cherry) next fall until further notice. Let Tino and hopefully Shanahan cook during development season.
  21. Looks like it starts in 25-26. I’m not sure if you’d ever be able to find the number, but I think a lot of *starting* K/P/LS (can’t forget the snappers) are on schollie already. For example, I believe Sean Wracher was a scholarship guy from day one.
  22. Cooper Barkate, WR from Harvard. 1st team All-Ivy (63/1084/11 this season) Econ major, from Mater Dei HS in CA. The film probably tells the story here, but interesting on the surface. Held some big time offers out of HS...ND, Oregon, Purdue (lol).
  23. Fannin is going to get PAIIIDDDDD. (By an NFL team)
  24. I'm pretty certain that Cig isn't the only one to ever yell that at him either.
  25. If anyone knows how to code, hit me up for help on a project idea. ChatGPT and Gemini are only getting me so far, but I have the groundwork to help us sort through who some targets may be. DMs open!
