Devonte Green playing well should t be a surprise. It is but, it shouldn’t be, ya know? Remember he showed a lot of early promise this season. (Gold practice jerseys, scoring leader). That was a really fun game to watch. I don’t generally like lower scoring games, but that was fun. Freddie McSwain, what can you say about that performance except just WOW. 16 boards? Against MSU? But, they all have 4 inches on him? WOW. He really brings it every night. That guy is a Hoosier. We didn’t shoot it well at all tonight and ended up losing because of it. Some really great moments though. Green hit some big shots and had zero turnovers again. Juwan fought his butt off. Rob took 15 shots tonight and struggled, but he was engaged all night on D and got hammered on a couple drives with no call. The thing I have noticed more and more often with this Archie coached team is that our players are always, always the first on the floor going after loose balls. I love that.
