  1. Rob. Had a career high and got the team going from the start. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  2. Stanford is now a quad 1 win. Hopefully they continue to play well in the pac 12 and prove to be a valuable win. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  3. I am with you man.
  4. they really aren't. Back on topic, hopefully the game gets played and IU gets a road victory to get back to .500 in conference play before two more big opportunities.
  5. Most of last year IU was getting blown out on the road to top teams in the BIG. Like 25-30 point drubbings, including at Wisconsin. They are now competing and giving themselves chances to win against top teams. In all three road games this year against ranked teams IU has had a lead late in the second half. That is progress. It is not where we want to be especially in year 4, it really isn't. But I will give credit where it is due because it is certainly progress. And if that progress continues, there will be less nights where we are pissed we gave up the lead and more nights where we are happy because the boys pulled it out. Keep working boys. On to the next.
  6. grad transfer Jimmy Sotos. Currently averaging 1.3 pts
  7. Not much losing going on ahead of IU, but Butler did beat Georgetown last night so that probably helped.
  8. Indiana doesn't play, yet keeps moving up in the NET. Ranking today: 44 Previous: 46
  9. Oh my goodness if we lost to Wisconsin by TRIPLE DIGITS..... well I wouldn't be surprised
  10. Daily NET update: IU is up to 46. Was 50 yesterday.
  11. Man Rutgers was bad last night. Only 45 points to a MSU team that has been getting torched. Looks like they have come back to earth a little bit after their hot start, and as we all knew MSU would get it together at some point. They have a PG in Hoggard. Home teams are 23-9 to start BIG play, Still makes a difference playing on your own court.
  12. Agreed. it puts this team back at having three non-shooters on the court just like old times. But yes, Jerome needs to sharpen his BB IQ if he wants to stay on the court.
  13. Jerome was maddening last night. HOWEVER, IMO there was a very noticeable difference in the zone offense with him in the game vs. Galloway. Jerome actually made the right passes and forced the top of the zone to open up so IU could get the ball in the middle.
  14. Agreed on Ball. I really liked how DK played in that position later in the season.
  15. IF we are winning.....give me boring over abusive, sleazy, or creepy. We have had all three of those and it didn't work out well.
  16. IU moved up 1 spot in the updated NET. now ranked right at 50
  17. I am sure this is true, not saying it isn't. But seems like one of those situations where winning would cure all.
  18. IU: 67 Wisconsin: 64 We steal one on the road, finally.
  19. Will give props where it is due. The last three games IU is shooting 39/48 from the line for 81%. That has to be one of the best if not the best three game trend from the line under Archie. Team is now shooting 68.7% on the season and 76.6% in conference play. Keep it going!
  20. Keep this lead! We are back baby! Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  21. Bs call there. Dude does exactly same thing as Geronimo buts gets the exact opposite call! Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  22. Don’t give up this freaking lead! Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  23. Keep it up boys. Trying to be positive!!! Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  24. This team needs to stop reaching in on drivers and leaving players open for catch and shoot threes. Jerome reached in on Scott who had nowhere to go with the ball only to leave Wiggins open for a three. Happens all the time! Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
