    I enjoy KS and follow him on Twitter, but does anyone have any insight as to how "close" to the Program he is? Is he considered an "insider" with access to reliable intelligence?

    He's being grossly misused and under-utlized (shocker).... I could see him leaving if CTC is back.

    Bryant is a late first rounder (likely). JBJ will be in D League or Europe likely. The one who might come back is OG b/c of his injury and his underwhelming (IMO) play prior thereto. I hope Hartman is given an opportunity to come back though the tea leaves suggest he's being forced out ala Matt Roth (which was ridiculous).

    Agreed - and all of the noise regarding the short length remaining on his contract (which will negatively impact both the team and recruiting) will be even LOUDER next season (if he stays). Glass cannot extend him now, so it seems there is no other logical choice for all parties involved but a mutual parting of ways in a mere few weeks.

    Um, Priller is in year THREE of his scholarship.... It's time for a change - all parties will be best served if CTC were to move on.

    I live in Chicago - Hoi, Gar and Paxson are all gone at end of the season, if not sooner. Hoi will be Illinois' next coach, IMO.

    Anyone else think JBJ is pulling a Vonleh and sitting out not bc he can't play but bc he wants to safeguard his future bc this season is tanked? The tone of Crean's announcement is just odd/awkward. He typically gets more emotional about stuff like that -- it seems robotic and cold to me.

    Collin deserves another year - Priller, Gelon and Freddie may not be back. I read a tweet that McSwain didn't have his jersey on during Saturday's game -- anyone have intelligence on that??

    He's looking for any excuse to forgo his senior year. He's gone and will not be drafted.

    This move makes 0 sense. He should have stayed here. Perhaps his people thought more highly of him than those outside his bloodline??? A true head scratcher...

    I think he has delusions of grandeur, but that's just me. He's coming off another knee injury and was nationally critiqued as being one of the worst defenders in the country. If that's the sort of feedback he's looking for, then i guess it'll be a productive endeavor for him.

    That's CTC in the photo with JM. One thing that nobody can question is his love of and commitment to his players.
