  1. Not the best offensive performance but the defense has been dominant.
  2. Not their best performance but they're ahead. Get the W and get out of town, hopefully with no more injuries.

  4. I saw something about him scheduling a visit, not about a commitment.

  6. https://www.thedailyhoosier.com/multiple-national-outlets-iu-football-leads-for-former-penn-state-wr-commit-lavar-keys/ I know it was already posted we currently lead, this has some highlights at the end. Kid can run.

  8. No audio but he shows some speed in some of those highlights
  9. 247 had an update but it was behind a paywall so I couldn't see any quotes, headline just said he raved about the visit.
  10. IU 38 - MSU 7 Not sure what will happen in the second half.

  13. Memorial Stadium would be rather painful.
  14. I'd like to see us get grab some of these decommits. PSU had some good ones coming in.

Loud and proud, and with enough talent and coaching to kick the ever-loving Knight out of you in your building." One way to get attention is go on the road and punch a top 5 team square in the mouth.
  16. Allen would've given himself a heart attack going into half with it close. Big difference.
  17. https://www.thedailyhoosier.com/iu-football-hoosier-linebackers-anchor-strong-defensive-performance-at-oregon/ The Hoosiers significantly locked down Oregon in the second half, allowing only 64 yards after halftime. UO gained just 19 yards in the fourth quarter, sitting at -4 yards until a garbage time possession at the end of the game. A complete defensive takeover when it was needed most.
  18. After this win it'd take some Olympic level mental gymnastics.
  19. I know it's been said. Who's this year’s Indiana? It's Indiana.
  20. Well, it's a win and a learning opportunity. IU doesn't win that in previous years.

  23. https://www.nbcsports.com/college-football/news/takeaways-from-week-4-of-college-football-indiana-makes-a-statement-clemson-collapses-again 3. Indiana football has some serious staying power. Curt Cignetti clearly wanted to make a point on Saturday night by beating a ranked opponent by as many points as physically possible. All he heard last year was how Indiana could only beat unranked teams and would then falter against the good teams on its schedule. Well, about that … The Hoosiers obliterated then-No. 9 Illinois on Saturday with both an incredibly impressive offensive showing and a ferocious defensive performance. Maybe it’s because we in the media are always looking for the Next Great Thing or trying to predict surprise teams. But we didn’t spend a ton of time this offseason talking about Indiana’s encore season. We talked about teams that could be this year’s Indiana — aka teams with favorable schedules that become CFP contenders. We didn’t talk about whether or not the Hoosiers could make back-to-back CFP appearances! But this is a legitimately solid football team with a great coaching staff that puts its players in good situations. Indiana’s schedule is more difficult this season than it was a year ago, but it’s clear that the Hoosiers aren’t going anywhere. They’re going to factor into this Big Ten race and the Playoff picture, too. Oh, and welcome to the Heisman Trophy race, Fernando Mendoza.
