With Mallory I don't think it'd make a difference even if we could put the entire Marching Hundred on D.

We need stability at the HC spot so I wouldn't say fire him, but I am getting tired of him blaming the offense for the defense being a disaster. Mallory should be forced to explain how the defense is so bad, and then fire him. At this point I'd fire Mallory, and re-hire him just to fire him again.
