(2019) SF Keion Brooks Jr. to Kentucky

You’re leaving out your man (now mine too lol) DeVonte! Seems to me that he’s gonna start for the vast majority of his time at IU. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app -
(2018) PG Darius Garland to Vandy

Yes, please. As good as Archie and Bruiser were on the last Garland in-home, I’m guessing/hoping that our staff will make another appearance Sunday or Monday. On the other hand...I can’t imagine us going down without a fight, so if we AREN’T going back to pitch again, to me that might indicate that we’ve already gotten good news. And... Just a wild guess; for all of that nonsense, you didn’t learn anything there that you didn’t already see here, only BTownB has a lot more fun saying it. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app -
The Hoover FBI was very, very, VERY different from the FBI of Kelley, Webster, Sessions, Freeh, Mueller, Comey, and Wray. Random employees with biases? Sure. But an organizational disfunction? Thank goodness, no. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

I have never interacted with the NCAA and have no idea about the integrity of their organization. Based on their performance, I can opine that they have problems. The FBI? It has over 20,000 employees worldwide protecting the American public from both criminal and national security issues. There are a wide variety of skill sets and levels of competency within those 20,000 employees. It’s not an easy job, and it’s NOTHING like what you might deduce from tv shows or random interwebbery. If you think that it’s corrupt and biased as an organization, you absolutely are entitled to your opinion, but I can assure you that opinion is remarkably misinformed. If that’s what the two of you were thinking, then that is absolute, clear proof that neither of you have ever had any substantive interaction with the Bureau. Are you basing your thoughts on one hour television dramas where everything gets tied up in a neat package in days or weeks? If so, that’s fine; but your conclusion is uninformed and horrendously misinformed. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app

Nah. Simply means that the kid doesn’t fit the elements of the Federal criminal statutes which were charged...according only to his lawyer. I told you guys; the players will get a pass from criminal exposure if they fully and completely cooperate; somebody’s got to be a witness! Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app

(2018) SG Romeo Langford - INDIANA HOOSIERS

As wonderful a player as Darius Garland is, with the apparent drastic leadership and point guard improvement of DeVonte Green, Romeo has truly turned into the prize catch for IU in my opinion. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners -

The internet killed ESPN on television. I know it did for me. I no longer watch the morning sports news; I surf the stories and scores. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

I see the potential in Smith and Moore, but we really miss Hartman when he’s not out there. Davis and Morgan are the only power conference ready big guys that I saw last night. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners -

I thought that Curtis was surprisingly engaged on defense, very good sign. To me? Other than DeVonte, Josh Newkirk was the best player on the floor for either team. Completely in control, excellent defensively, excellent decision making. Played like an athletic, experienced senior. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners -

The packline gives up a few three point shots now and then, and no uncontested layups. Love it. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners -

I believe that while things look strong with Romeo, pumping the brakes until we get some concrete news is an excellent, prudent idea! Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
