  1. But Jospeh Gideon was a terrible Kabaddi player. Became breathless from saying Kabaddi before the raid crossed mid-field! Loser.
  2. https://www.holdsport.net/klub/british-kabaddi-league/sider/how-to-play-kabaddi
  3. Per his bio, he also represented Australia in a match against India in the sport of Kabaddi! "Kabaddi is a fast-paced South Asian contact team sport where a "raider" from one team enters the opponent's half to tag defenders and return to their side, all while chanting "kabaddi" in a single breath to prove they aren't inhaling."
  4. One would think! Not saying how much it is, but HH can have ALL of mine.
  5. No pro bono? No go.
  6. Especially with Pharrel Payne still likely out (Buzz should work in national security he keeps that under wraps so well). If Payne comes back Maryland will be a significantly harder opponent.
  7. A thought: Since Demond Williams' recently signed contract with U Washington is for "Name, Image, and Likeness;" thinly disguised tasks like a million dollars to do a quick advert for some big booster's chain of Toyota dealerships, what's to prevent Williams from adhering to the UW contract terms, and then signing an additional NIL deal with LSU boosters upon portaling? Do these NIL contracts have specific provisions that require attendance at a particular university; are they allowed to have those provisions and still be NIL and not football employment contracts? Legal font of knowledge @HoosierHoopster, any thoughts on this?
  8. Great point. Notre Dame? Still mad about Pop Tarts: But a Thursday football visit to Btown this week?
  9. If we win this one we're 3-1 in conference. Admittedly not having played any top-tier teams, but nevertheless in a good place.
  10. Brewu visits Tennessee today and Notre Dame tomorrow before the weekend visit in Btown. If he makes it to the visit it's a sign, but this is a visit that might never happen.
  11. McMahon is Danny Sprinkle Mike Woodson terrible
  12. When a classmate interviewer calls her "Brittler" and asks her how many Jews she's killed and she responds "6 million," that is objectively abhorrent, not just my perspective. I suggest you move on.
  13. The comment wasn't "silly;" it was abhorrent. The response from both the Jewish community and the Britt family was outstanding.
  14. I am very skeptical that Coop will stay, but Cooper in the slot and Marsh and Becker wide would be insane.
  15. What the heck - let's spread some irrational optimism. Watch this Oregon live podcast from the beginning for some big ol bad news for the Duckies.
  16. A video of the kid that will no longer be playing against IU, from our October game at Oregon. Of note, if you play the entire clip you will see Moore and Ferrell bouncing backwards off of Davison, and Davison absolutely trucking Jamari Sharpe at the end of the run: https://packaged-media.redd.it/bgem5lt3pouf1/pb/m2-res_480p.mp4?m=DASHPlaylist.mpd&v=1&e=1767733200&s=7c54980e864cf7a8da5f80db50b16a388dfdc474
  17. Oregon also has five defensive backs in the portal. With their standard two linebacker, five DB set, they have one non-starting scholarship defensive back available. It's not an Illinois vs IU situation at all yet, but a targeting penalty or injuries for Oregon could turn it into one.
  18. It's not that they don't have a talented guy on the bench, it's that Davison is a very experienced fresman, is very talented, and is 230 lbs. Davison is their short yardage guy and he had notable success against IU in our first matchup. They still have a hyper-talented but also small-ish freshman, Dierre Hill, that will now split game duties with Whittington. Leaning on Hill for 30% of the game means they would have an undersized freshman in pass protection for those plays. And behind those two? They had all three other scholarship running backs enter the portal. So it's converted tight end or walk-on after that. Adding to that, Dante Moore is not in any way a running quarterback; he's tall, skinny, and not especially fast afoot.
  19. While true, the more true freshmen they have in pass blocking the better. Davison has been the 230 lb freshman that wears down defenses and is a complement to Whiitington. Hill is not any of that.
  20. Davison is far and away their most impactful running back. Whittington is a good football player, but he’s a 203 lb back that isn’t built for 20+ carries. Hill is also small-ish, 205 and a freshman, which is not good for pass blocking.
