How does this work? Each week I will create Prediction League threads for the weeks game(s). It's a simple concept: Each week you start with 100 points (only if a prediction is made, otherwise 0 points for the week) +25 PTs if you guess the winner -25 PTs if you pick the loser +10 PTs if guess IU score correctly +10 PTs if guess Opponent score correct -The # of points different between the actual and predicted score of IU (over/under doesn't matter) -The # of points different between the actual and predicted score of opponent (over/under doesn't matter) The person with the most points (MINUS 2 LOWEST GAMES) at the end of the season wins.

Here are the Results of Game #3 and the current Standings **** Remember the lowest 2 scores will be dropped, I will start including that around game 5 or so.... Yea I have the threads set to lock at tip time... and I was in no way accusing you of changing the scores afterwards... I was updating the spreadsheet as picks came in and never go back to look for adjusted entries. I ask that in the future (and for everybody else) if you want to change your prediction please just post a new prediction instead of editing a prior post... I will always use the last prediction you give in a thread even if you make 50 guesses/predictions.... this was I can tell when looking at the Unread items in the thread which ones I need to record for the official prediction. Thanks.

Thanks Wayne, I will update... Just Curious, did you say a different score and then go back in and edit the post later? I show your prediction was 88-60 IU (per my tracking sheet) but it is clearly 95-69 in the thread, nobody else has 88-60 so i don't know where I would have gotten that prediction. Also in the Liberty Prediction I show 92-65 however I went in and double checked the thread and it says 86-65....? Surely I didn't mess yours up in back to back games?

I know multiple people mentioned in this thread that they had purchased their tickets for the UofL game on NYE. Has anybody received their tickets or any info about them? We haven't recevied ours (purchased from the UofL allotment) but heard from some people who purchased from the IU allotment that they are being given refunds because they purchased lower bowl tickets and no lower bowl seats are available. Apparently UofL got more of the allotment because they put them on sale first or something?

Went to another UofL game last night (Exhibition vs Bellarmine). VJ King looked a little better than the intra-squad game but he seems like a work in process. I am still nervous that is McMahon gets in the game against us he will shoot them into a spurt... that shot is so pretty. (Still doesn't play defense) But another more likely issue we may have with them will be another Guard Tony Hicks (grad transfer from Penn)... he is only 6'1" but he is very quick and gets into the lane.... Especially if JBJ is trying to guard him that would be a nightmare. *** For the record, not that this translates but we did beat Bellarmine by more. :)

I think the Hope Starters were a Crean Message to get your head right to a couple guys... Bellarmine starters will be more like what we see in the regular season. Bryant OG Juwan Rojo JBJ With Newkirk being first off the bench. Then getting the freshmen (Davis, Cujo, Green) in ... then possibly Freddie all before guys like McRoberts, Gelon, Priller)
