You are correct. One step at a time. I like the glass half-full optimism. -

I picture Pope in a GP Tent on a bail of money with a 65" screen with on3 top targets on. Maybe a couple of cia agents stuffing it in brief cases. -
I have to believe getting strung along by Moikobu and Murphy has slowed this down a little. Kenny's going to work some magic.
-
Max Green is going to light it up for Northwestern.
-
I think by now Kenny has a relationship with everyone. Good guy, he'll be on the road chasing ball players when he's 75. He's a lifer. He used to be THE guy as a recruiter. The young new splashy guys have caught up a little. Maybe he can catch Sorber after the combine and get him to IU. We are going to see alot of the dmv/east coast action pick-up. Adams just needs to lock-up Indy Elite. That's the only reason to have him on staff. Indiana aau and introduce coach to everyone that doesn't hate him.

I think he played the banjo on a couple of episodes of Andy Griffith. -

These are the moments being fully staffed would help. These kids are going to feel portaled over qnd start dropping commitments. We are trying to get Nyk Lewis interested. We were anyway. -

Brzovic, Bailey, DeVries, Wilkerson and Conerway is interesting. TC can't shoot but might be the best defender at his position in the portal. He's disruptive. Moore, Enright, Goode and Sisley as a start to the bench is respectable. A lot of industry people believe it's a soft pivot out of the extra covid year. The juco eligibility change has had alot to do with the reasoning. -
NCAA Women's Bball Transfer Portal

Whatever TCU is doing we need to do. As far as Coach Knight. If he was a young man, as he was in the 70's, he couldve generated a fortune. If he was in his 50s he would've pulled a Jay Wright. He could fund raise like no other, he just wouldn't sink so low as to pay college kids. -
He started at Eastern Washington then to Washington State. I'll wager on Washington. :)
-
Barnhizer in the portal. I think the ncaa is going to go softer than the letter of the law on granting redshirt. They made an adjustment to the juco thing and we're coming off the covid year run. Goode has a slightly better case than Barnhizer by the letter of the rule. DD made an interesting statement about planning to sign 4 or 5 players by the end of the week. It makes me think there are probably 20 guys we don't even no about that we're in contact with. That's exciting.

Anyone heard talk about being involved with Ante Brzovic? Paired with Bailey at the 4/5 would be very intriguing next year. -
West coast Bennett Stirtz https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/player/stats/_/id/5176420/hayden-gray

Tuckers a damn good player. You can build a tournament qualifier around him. We've got him the right pg and a big that looks nothing like any player I've seen on a DD roster before. He has the highest assist rate of any big in the portal. They couldn't be more different than Small and Hansberry. I'm not saying DD is Press Maravich. Lol it's early. There are numerous perimeter guys that can prove my theory wrong and we'll probably get one or two.
-
The roster is being built around Tucker.
-
He just keeps jacking rounds into the chamber though. He pivoted to the 7'2" kid from UCLA the second it happened. He's hustling. But i still think he looks like one of the Rice Crispy elves. :)
-
Wayne, This year's all about Tucker having the best roster around him to get him back on draft boards. We can still make the tournament that way, but no way in heck is he going to portal over Tucker in the area of volume shooting from behind the arc. I hope I'm proven wrong but our standards are low enough to sneak that past us.

Can we go get our Chinyelu and Handlogten? Nothing flashy. Two lunch pal rebounders that give you 40 minutes of paint defense as a tandem. Then load up on the plethora of mid-major guys, 6'4-6'6 that shot the hell out of it this year. I wouldn't get in a Wilkerson bidding war. A hs class of 3 would help.

https://247sports.com/college/indiana/article/indiana-basketball-ranked-third-most-valuable-college-basketball-program-248472294/ I think DD is a good coach. I do believe that we are to a point as a fanbase that if he is able to replicate Creans accomplishments year 4 forward, we'll accept that. There are a lot of Wilkersons out there. Some even have multiple years left.

Nyk Lewis has gotten some attention from us. He would be a quality add. A 3 man hs group would be great in our situation.
