Dude squeeking into a play in game two out of four years and missing one year is not going to cut it at a lot of top 20 jobs. Can we stop with nonsense like this? He barely won and had the easiest OOC schedule than any coach since Knight was fired. He has the most blow out loses. Just stop. Coaches in state think our staff sucks.

McCollum. I have said that for over a month. He was contacted early on. I know someone there. There were multiple discussions. We did talk to him about his wants and needs. I don’t know anything on the IU side though.

No. This didn’t start recently. It’s been a couple months. Gauged interest, asked what he wanted, etc. I don’t believe the Stevens stuff but the Drew thing intrigued me.

I know one coach Dolson has contacted and his name has been mentioned. It has gone eerily quiet which could mean they have someone locked up that’s higher than him or it could be him.

People need to get over this. Louisville and Kentucky didn’t hire him and writers have said there is more out there on him that schools hear. Just think about it….dude couldn’t handle the Texas job….Indiana would eat him alive. He is Billy G.

And Sampson only had an elite 8 and final four before coming to IU with a lot of first weekend exits.

Someone I know, AAU coach, thinks it is going to be one of between Otz,, McCollum, Brownell, McDermott and McCasland. Brownell is really liked by a lot of AAU coaches in Indiana and runs a motion offense. That is why he is getting mentioned.

I can guarantee there are a ton of good coaches who have not choked their fiancée to passing out and spent the night in jail for it. JFC. If I ever do that, please nobody hire me.
