Woodson's high school recruiting has been just fine. Back to back B10 FOY, Reneau poised for another big year after making a big freshman to sophomore leap, and by all accounts Tucker is going to be a stud. Had he been a little more aggressive in the portal last year trying to upgrade the backcourt we likely aren't having these discussions.

Agree to an extent but Hurley was more than pedestrian his first 4 years at UConn. Literally nothing after his first 4 seasons suggested he'd put together back to back seasons like he just did. I don't think it's a coincidence that UConn took off the year Hurley handed the reigns over to Murray to run the offense. UConn had KenPom ORtg of 85, 64, 27, and 22 before finishing 3 and 1 respectively the last two seasons. Obviously UConn was improving but they went to a whole new level with Murray.
