Smith is a nice PG, but JHS everyday, and twice on Sunday. And perfectly happy about Cupps coming in and running my team as a freshmen, if needed. Smith is a perfect example.

This Moren group reminds me of some of Geno's great teams! Not saying we have as many 5☆'s, but he gets 5-7 of his best players to play both ends of the floor as hard as they can. Then reward their hard work at the defensive end, with a high octane, high IQ offense. All 5 positions always have to be accounted for. The culture CTM has created is not only attractive to recruits, it's an approach that can be long standing. We've witnessed Teri Moren become a great coach right before our eyes. She will hang a championship banner(National) one day. Take care of business early tomorrow, and get some important minutes for some of second unit! I believe we have some pretty good pieces that could experience some extended minutes in "mop up" time. Sorry for the long post, but when you see basketball played the way it was meant to be played, it should be praised!

His calling is also energy, putting pressure on the defense. Hitting threes, only makes him more dangerous. There's a reason Woody ran him in isos and PnR with Trayce , at end of shot/game clock in games last year. He creates a lot of problems, when he gets in the lane. Not always a good problem, but it seems his decision making is getting better. X is a big part of our team, however the thought of running with JHS, Bates, Galloway, and CJ as our backcourt, is hopefully a good problem to have.

Yes, his guy constantly got around on the drive. Which created an open lane, or an open three, due to having to help.
