  1. I don't have any examples off the top of my head, but I think if you are losing to Quad 1 teams they number you lose by is less important that if you are losing at all to Q2, Q3, or Q4 teams.
  2. I just need whoever we hire to show up to the press conference in the red sweater and say “This is without a doubt the most comfortable red sweater I’ve had on in 6 years.” Then I know we’re back!
  3. https://x.com/jeffrabjohns/status/1886507307380461793?s=46&t=_2f4Kx2-vXs4ikCjA4bHkA not sure he is speaking about IU directly…but I’d take it as a subtle hint.
  4. OV was down a couple of guard but pretty remarkable that CC held them to 1 point in the second half….while playing subs for the last quarter lol The Clay City vs Bloomfield matchup of #1 vs # 3 is scheduled for this Wednesday at Bloomfield.
  5. Well caught up during my lunch break...have a class before my prep time.....I'm looking forward to 10 more pages before the hour is up!
  6. I see a lot of who would want this job thoughts….i understand the pressure aspect, but if a guy is confident in his abilities…who wouldn’t want this job? You have a huge NIL amount to work with, still a storied brand, and if you return the team to relevance you become loved…more than loved reallly, the adoration for a winning coach here would be unreal. Just ask the late Bob Knight, even in his wrongs fans looked past it to lift him up on the pedestal he was on because the man was a legend for winning
  7. This unfortunately feels like one we lose…if we can get it then I’ll start to believe…. Luka Garza-82 A.J Guyton- 74
  8. Game is ppd….Clay City actually went down to Barr-Reeve and won their tourney. Barr-Reeve got beat by Vincennes Lincoln and Indy Metro. Clay City beat Metro at the buzzer and tools down Lincoln pretty handily….this is our chance this year….hopping Semi-State at least!
  9. Hard to say…maybe because he’s not just freaky athletic. He just knows how to use his body and has tremendous IQ. Clay City (my uncle coaches) will run multiple defenses at him, and they are one of the few teams who have several guys that have enough size to match up a little bit….they may decide too that Neill can have his 30 and just shut everyone else down. It’s going to be a chess match
  10. I've got a good game for you guys to check out if you are from the Bloomington area.... My alma-mater Class A #1 ranked Clay City heads to Bloomfield to play Class A #3 ranked Bloomfield Saturday night. JV tips at 6, Varsity approx. 7:30. Should be a great atmosphere. It will be interesting to see how Clay City tries to neutralize Bloomfield's star Neal.
  11. Well….i scored some tickets to take my boys to their first IU big ten matchup….so I have little faith this week…. Quincy Douby-74 Romeo Langford-68
