  1. Oh no doubt he’s a good coach…but you’d think getting in trouble at 3 different schools might be enough to not want him to work with high school kids….just my opinion
  2. The kids should be at WRV, but old Joey got him to come….they also have a kid who was Owen Valleys best player from last year….still the same old Joey, let’s hope he doesn’t get in trouble for the 4th time…amazes me that a school corporation would hire him
  3. Yes this was the case…a board members son wasn’t getting to play as much as he thought he should…board took a vote and forced him out by a 4-3 vote….
  4. Wasn’t sure where to put this…was hoping we didn’t get involved in this mess….but interest shown at least I guess
  5. I think because it says he moves extremely well for his size…lol
  6. https://x.com/tiptonedits/status/1975930007219507523?s=46&t=_2f4Kx2-vXs4ikCjA4bHkA i don’t pay for it but being top 10 id have to think hes talking about Thompson…
  7. I think some of us have just been so conditioned to having not one but two bigs in the Woodson system we forget that you don’t have to have a 7 footer plodding down the court. Think Houston, the Villanova championship teams, etc…have a 6’9” guy who is athletic and make your team high energy. It’s a shift in philosophy from what we are used to, but the bigs lineup hasn’t worked. I’m all game for a new perspective
  8. Good call....I wish I was as smart as you USPS lol
  9. I am going to guess he doesn't end up here either, but you have to ask yourself too if he was so ball dominant our of necessity at USC, or was the coach wanting the ball in his hands, etc....it may be how he was coached to play. Just a thought.
  10. I hope they are right. This guy is a near perfect fit. He has pretty good hands, great screen and roll player (which fits perfectly when the defense is worried about our shooters), doesn't need the ball in his hand other than to finish, good rebounder, shot blocker, and good athlete....

  12. https://x.com/hamptonsportz/status/1913220658789491184?s=46&t=_2f4Kx2-vXs4ikCjA4bHkA no idea on the guy, and Newsweek lol but interesting to see us mentioned. He’d fit the bill as an athletic rim protector
  13. Something about a guy with a handle of "Jaybob" using this gif just makes it all the more hilarious...
  14. Welp guys guess it’s time to hang it up….IU won’t even have a team this year according to the Nancies of this board….my goodness guys, Wilkerson said final 4 he was going to take all 4 visits….goosfraba, or something
  15. He makes the comment about his affinity for the color red….but comments he’s committed…don’t know better delete though if he’s possibly just throwing crap out…
  16. If Bailey is really done and you get Pack…you’re cooking with gas at that point…
  17. I get the frustration of missing on some of these names, but like other have said sometimes being patient isn't a bad thing. You see it all the time in pro sports free agency where some "big" names sign right out of the gate, but it ends up being a team who signed 3 or 4 "lesser" names that have more success....not to mention Coach hasn't been in the position for even, what, 2 weeks yet. I think everything will be fine, and just lets postpone so much judgement and disdain until at least the middle of April, late April...we will get players
  18. Paul Harvey is smiling down
  19. The other factor on this too is some of the guys will commit, and guess what...it will will make another player or 2 on that team feel uneasy and they might enter the portal. There is going to be a lot of movement happening....patience young padawans. patience
  20. But I thought the Purdue people all said, along with other places that the Oscar Cluff kid was the best most valuable player in the portal.....
