    You play to win the game and Woodson feels RP gives him the best chance, it is that simple. He is not going to try just let Lander au big minutes so he can develop and keep him from transferring.

    Villanova doesn't get many 5 star players and lost one a couple of years ago. He played sparingly in his one year at Villanova and now is on Alabama. You play the players who you think gives you the best chance of winning. I will take Woodson's 40+ years of coaching over guys on a message board.

    Have you been to practice to see how he is practicing. I do not want coaches just giving playing time to players out of fear of losing a player. I trust the coaches to be able to d code who deserves playing time. It use to be normal for freshman to sit and wait their turn.

    In my day most freshman was brought along slowly but now of they don't get playing time right away people complain about. Let the kid develop and let him earn the playing time instead of just giving minutes to him.

    I use to be like that but I have finally realized. that bitching about everything doesn't help. I use to yell and scream during games like this but fortunately I out grew that. Rather be positive because it is a lot better for your health.

    I am sure all the big ten teams said that from 71-01 when IU got a lot of calls at home. At the time I didn't see it that way but watching a lot of old games during the pandemic made me see how many calls we got

    So what was the 8-4 season the year before. So IU was the only team to benefit from the covid year and the rest hurt them. LOL!

    Not many players from the last 30 years. It seems like everything is more balanced now and you don't see a lot of high scoring games in college basketball
