Hopefully we will pickup a couple in tbe transfer portal. I have not seen enough from JG to just put him in the starting lineup unless he developed over the summer lime Johnnie Davis had. Also need a backup PG for the second unit.

I know the game had changed and there is not as much of a need for role players. Leal would be one of the past role players who didn't put up big stats but did things to help the team to win. We wouldn't have won the 87 championship without key plays in the tournament by Hillman and Eyl that didn't include scoring.

Lunardi was on DD show a couple of days ago and he said that if IU wins 3 more games this year they should be in. That was before the Maryland game. He said it wouldn't matter when those 3 games occured.

Half of those were fade away at the end of the shot clock.

I don't follow women's recruiting but I have seen a lot of Indiana kids going out of state. I thought with the success of the last two years the recruiting would be better.

Really good game between UK and Alabama. Alabama was up 12 in the first half but UK is up 67-58 with 12:37 to go in the game. UK is without their starting backcourt.

When Indiana was at its best most of the players were from Indiana, Ohio and Illinois. On the 3 title teams 13-15 starters came from those 3 states. When RMK started going elsewhere is when his teams went downhill.
