That’s fair, I thought Race guarded EJ and vice versa but I’ve been wrong often before.

I don’t know which ones are the best but a quick scan of various posted mock drafts have TJD as high as 47 (bleacher report) to outside the top 60. So basically mid to late second rounder best case, to worse case going undrafted. Unfortunately my bet would be the latter. Name 1 game in his career he outplayed someone of equal or higher talent.

Hear me out on this….what if Geronimo’s minutes didn’t come from Stewart/Kopp but they came from Race. In fact, as much as I like Race’s game, his game outside of 8 feet is the same as TJD. That bogs our O down as well. Think of all Race’s open threes. Now the defense would have to guard that with Jordan at the 4, and might eliminate the doubles on TJD. I’d move Parker to the 3, start Trey at the 2. Takes Parker off the opposing 2. I feel Parker’s shooting is better than Kopps and with the other 4 in that lineup you can hide his D.

Something that I think has been overlooked, not only the importance of Rob playing to his potential, but this team learning to play and close out without TJD the last 2 games (sans tonight’s last 2 minutes). I think that raises everyone’s confidence. Great win for the team!
