What really pisses me off is the terrible reason for keeping him. "We gave the previous s#!tty coach too long so we have to be fair and give this s#!tty coach too long, as well." This is a big part of why I didn't want an IU former player hired in the first place - they'd have a hard time justifying firing him despite how bad they were doing so they'd keep him too long. The other part was that none of the IU former players are good coaches.

Maybe they'll pay May $2M to come as coach in waiting for next season and then Woodson is out after 1 more season. Nah, who am I kidding? IU wouldn't even do something like that. They'll let Woodson run this into the ground.

I don't see that happening this year. They should still finish high (3-5 range) but losing Ahmed Hafnaoui really hurt. Even with him, I don't think they'd have enough to beat ASU and Cal.
