#1 INDIANA FOOTBALL 2025 NATIONAL CHAMPIONS
Home Jersey replied to Hovadipo's topic in Indiana Hoosiers Football
There is a legitimate argument that the best college football team ever was based in Bloomington. Last undefeated national champs in football and basketball. Damn, it's good to be a Hoosier. -
I am excited for this one. Expecting a Purdue win, but we already beat them once this year and crazy things happen in CBB, especially rivalries. Beating them on their floor would be sweet for so many reasons. Purdue will be coming off 3 days rest since Michigan. We are coming off 5 days rest. Hope we make the extra prep time count. We match up a lot better here than against Illinois.

UConn missing tons of easy shots. Creighton hitting some really tough shots. UConn seems like they'll be a popular pick for an early exit in March IMO

Not guaranteed he would be as successful here, but sure seems like a pretty good bet IMO.

Amazing that Cronin is such a basket case. I don't really care how he treats the media, but how he treated his own player at Michigan State is nuts. That guy sucks out loud.

Bracketology and Team Resumes

The fact he's never played in March Madness makes it seem like OSU isn't actually very scary. -

Maybe... 4 is probably enough IMO. 3 is probably a similar year to this year unless two of the guys really develop shockingly well. But really, it's impossible to say without knowing the quality of portal additions. I do think we can be reasonably confident money will be allocated better on next year's roster, with TDV and Bailey departing and having a core of players to retain rather than starting from scratch. Big offseason coming up.

IMO he has shown enough flashes for me to believe he can be a productive starter next year with a healthy and focused offseason. Just gotta get more consistency out of him. We really need him, Miles and Sisley to take a big step this offseason. Finances get tricky quickly if you try to flip 5 or more roster spots IMO.
