So I’m about to write something for my site. Top 25 basketball programs over the last 15-20 years or since 1939(haven’t decided yet). I made certain things worth certain points to come up with a total score. Would like some input from whoever would like to give it on the points awarded. Wins: 1 point for each win. 35+ wins: 3.5 points 30-34: 3.0 points 25-29: 2.5 points 20-24: 2.0 points NIT: 0.5 points NCAA Tourney: 2.0 points Sweet 16: 3.0 points Elite 8: 5.0 points Final Four: 7.0 points Runner Up: 9.0 points Champs: 11.0 points Conference titles: 2.0 points Conference tourney title: 1.0 point Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

It’d be a good experiment. And worth the try. Race is a 30% 3pt shooter. Smith is at 27%. College players make mistakes on defense often. It would at least give us the option. OR as in this picture, have Race/Smith in the opposite corner with Green/Al/Rob in that corner giving the guard a better option at the 3. But that only works with Race or Smith playing the 4. So picture #1 is what we currently do. It’s not ideal. No driving lane. Makes the roll by Trayce completely useless. Picture #2 is what would be ideal with Brunk/Davis playing along side Trayce. Or even if it’s Trayce and Brunk/Davis are setting the screen. Davis can hit That 15 foot jump shot. I think THD can but he’s not confident to do it in game. Picture #3 is what would be best. Phinisee/Green/Al getting the screen from Trayce with Race/Smith out at the 3 in the corner. Gives the driving lane for the guard, a clearer roll lane, Race can hit the corner 3. Smith might be able to but it really works best because he could backcut if the guard doesn’t commit to the drive or if the defender is dumb enough to overplay Smith in the corner. That’s his best role. Give TJD a break. And this season, it’s between him and Davis to give TJD a break. Though Davis is better playing with TJD. But Davis’ and Brunks minutes should be split by who is playing better that game. It’s tough not to play someone like Brunk, but sometimes it’s just best for the team. According to Bracket Matrix, as of 2-18, Purdue is an 11 seed and Indiana is a 12. The 5 seeds we’d be playing going by that would be Kentucky, Colorado, Butler or Michigan State.
