I'm glad Archie is instituting some different student section "tactics." The students have always cheered loudly but have never done anything that makes them stand out...some people may say it's gimmicky or cheesy but that's what helps create a unique atmosphere like the Cameron Crazies waving their hands at the player with the ball, Purdue holding one arm up and clapping twice and yelling "Boiler Up" after a made free throw, etc. Curious to how it'll actually play out though. What's crazy is if they had taken the tie in that Houston game they'd be 1 game out of first place in the AFC South and control their own destiny...if they would've won they'd be in first place. Crazy. They'll definitely make things interesting down the stretch having the easiest remaining schedule in the NFL. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I think this team's PG for the long haul is going to be Rob. From what I've heard he handled the role great. We don't need a playmaker at PG with this team, just someone who has a high bball IQ and makes good decisions, and that is RP. This is going to be a great/tough test for our team. Loyola played the smartest basketball I think I've ever seen last year. Would be really surprised if we "win" this.
