  1. I think Landino can be an all conference guy. I'm a huge fan. Plus he has a great sack celly... I would also mention, specifically he and Ndukwe.. they have been YOUNG vs their competition-- true FR/SO playing against a lot of RS SR, etc. It wouldn't surprise me if Landino is moving to the NFL after this season, in truth. I think he's that good.
  2. Hemby is younger, faster, better in pass pro, and a better receiver.
  3. I don't think our WR core will be equal, I think Cooper and Sarratt are just too good to match. But I think it'll still be excellent. I agree with the other position groups I don't think DL will be worse, as a whole. I think it'll be equal or better. I don't think LB will be equal, but still excellent. DB... ehhh I'm leaning equal. But.. Ponds/Moore is tough to replace. But our 5 safeties are incredible and will play a ton. Sharpe is damn good, and Harris is solid. I would concur. I just remember this past year thinking... (when Wyatt went down and I saw how Daley was dominating)... like "damn, this DL they built was absolutely legit".. 4 damn good DTs, too, and that position group, I absolutely think will be better, miraculously.
  4. I think DE4 is absolutely better than DE4 last year... just not sure I think 1-3 are better, but still very good.
  5. shewww... Kamara, Wyatt, and Daley vs Chiddi, Tobi, and Burnhman. ehhh... haha... not sure I agree.
  6. And how recent it would have all been. It would also include two of them on the road. I dont really know, when talking "top 4 wins" only.. how many teams in the country would have 4 better.
  7. Two things.... 1. I like how fast and confident we play-- never been one to believe in "bad shots" let the f***** fly, go rebound misses, sprint back on D, regardless. 2. We play "aware" ... Enright, Tucker, TDV, all of them, really... we don't make stupid plays, selfish plays. I think both of those things are great selling points moving forward. I mentioned last week... between TDV, Wilkerson (mostly) and the others SRs, obviously, we will have a healthy amount of NIL to spend... and I would think some more donor money/maybe football helped some... I think we will be in a really solid spot NIL wise this offseason, albeit with holes to fill.
  8. My thing with the judging of CDD... was the cupboard. Not a single player came back (not that we wanted many of them at all) and only one, marginally top 100 recruit.... he built a very competitive roster after completely starting from scratch AFTER JUST DOING THAT AT WVU!! ... Loved that WVU roster, it was a little more athletic than ours, currently. I like where we are.
  9. Plus no Dorn for a good while, Conerway out for a while, and no Harris/Drake all year.
  10. I feel like Drake should have two years of eligibility.
  11. If you've ever been to Starkville you'd realize it wouldn't be as easy as it is to convince them to go to Bloomington lol Although, they do have a Cookout. It's not just one alumni at IU. Cuban, Cooks, and others. Back to the topic... assuming we will finish reasonably the rest of the season, I've been pleased with CDD, style of play, etc. Especially factoring in losing Conerway for a bit, no Drake/Harris all year, and Dorn was out for a while. Key things moving forward--- development. The recruiting will level itself and really... with the 4 HS kids we have committed or signed, it's pretty solid now. I want Sisley, the 2 Euros, Harris to be solid contributors next year. That's how programs thrive. Find 1-2 studs in the portal, another portal starter, develop the rest... and we should be solid again next season.
  12. gorgeous basketball gym Football isn't too shabby either
  13. just completed mine... man they've made that easy lol
  14. you call them to renew? or what did you do?
  15. https://www.hudl.com/profile/19490102/Jeremiah-Jones this kid's feet are tremendous... one of the better OL films I've watched. Pretty simple to see our interest
  16. We will be as strong as anyone in the country if we bring those two back, upfront. And basically were last year... I don't really have any question our OL will better. Lynch, Brunner, Smith, and Evans all a year older... Ajani, etc. DL will be VERY good. DT will be better... Tucker, Landino, Tulsa transfer a year older, I think our DE spot takes a TINY step back, but still very good, experienced, and deep. JMO-- Wyatt, Kamara, and Daley last year is a silly position group.
  17. My next dog will be named Ponds.. for absolute obvious reasons.
  18. I saw that and thought it was interesting. Now.. at the same time, as a coach, I totally respect his stance on.. "I play the end of the half one way, and will never risk giving the other team momentum".. the man sticks to his guns.
  19. Meet ya in the middle.. Just checked, we had 2.
  20. Cignetti should have called a TO when we got the 3rd down stop and we'd had like 1min 15 secs left and 2 TOs after the missed FG.
  21. I wasn't happy with our 3rd and 5 play call on our last offensive possession. I thought we need to put the ball in the Heisman trophy winners hands and end it.
  22. s***hole campus/town to be in/location.. very Big East. Agree
