This has entered my mind as well...We need to run more plays for MM and next for McNeeley. No more "Miller Kopp standing in the corner" role to try and create space for an already clustered paint.

Certainly agreed. It's very frustrating. We could've had a thousands of guards literally crawl to Btown to play. Again, would take one or two from each team we've played this year over the Walker transfer.

Any names being floated around? Allen has a serious buyout so I would think we get a coach that has some pedigree. Have to imagine we've put feelers out to both coaches currently coaching and others who may have taken the year off.

Well said. For where we want this team to be, MM’s development is a huge factor…frankly, his ceiling may be the highest out of anyone…which makes our ceiling that much higher. I’m not prepared to call MM another Lander after 4 games…for one thing MM has the build, Lander didn’t. I’m still optimistic MM finds his footing.

We've continued to nosedive in Kenpom despite playing these past couple of days. Down to #70. I can't remember when were that low last time. Maybe Archie's first year?

Couldn’t have said it better. We were in rhythm and ready to put the game out of reach. Unfortunately, we’ve seen this play out too often in Woodson’s tenure and I’m certain it’s cost us before.

And to further extend on this…we’ve dropped 15 spots in Kenpom since start of season and have nosedived more than 20+ spots on Barrtorvik. Although we avoided disaster by not losing, winning 3 buy games, all by single digits at home, will not look favorable in the computer metrics. Like it or not, the tournament committee uses these metrics.

Not winless but probably be 1-2 if FGCU and Wright State had their best players playing.

Love how you phrase the “Kopp stand in the corner roll.” Spot on. Regarding paragraph 2…couldn’t agree more. Been saying several times that Gunn has shown little in his 1+ years to be counted on consistently against quality opponents.

Not that program anymore? Yikes. Woodson would whole-heartedly disagree with you and so would many others. He has stated on multiple occasions that the next step for Indiana is to win a Big Ten Title and a National Title. Hell, he mentioned this as early as a couple of weeks ago. I believe him and so do many others. Despite, obviously what you think…We’re a top 15 program and many national writers and coaches would tell you that.

Why would it be dang impressive? Woodson constructed this team. He built the make-up. These are HIS guys.
