Possibly the worst offense we’ve ever seen at IU. It’s breathtakingly bad, boring, anemic. It speaks volumes to why we are around #100 in kenpom….and doubts it will ever change if Woodson remains.

Nothing we didn’t know…but Rabjohns stating that Buckner is very adamant Woodson get a 4th year.

One could make an argument that it allows Woodson to start fresh. Please know I’m not advocating for Woodson to get another year…but I could see him or his defenders point to this.

This would be the best outcome for all parties…but do we actually think Woodson would step down? I don’t think he does.

Have no idea. All I’m saying is that Woodson could probably care less about what a couple of kids say from an Indiana high school gym. He coached in NY. There’s been far more worse things said and written about him than a couple of doofuses telling him to retire. I’m not directing anything towards you, just think nobody should care what a couple immature kids from Indiana said to Woodson. Woodson isn’t giving it a thought. He’s Mike Woodson, after all!

Woodson coached for the NY Knicks in the sports hotbed that is NYC. Im sure he doesn’t care what a couple fans think or say at an Indiana high school game.

I think Woodson fully expects to be back. Let’s not forget his quote a short couple of weeks ago…”I’m not going anywhere.”

If this is the case…sounds like players might be forcing the issue on their own. IU possibly can’t keep Woodson if this has any truth.

And this is a big problem for Woodson and Buckner...the majority sans a small fraction of the fan base/alum, is over the Woodson experiment. One could argue that there's greater unity for change than previous regimes.

It’s an interesting take but will have zero impact regarding IU. Woodson won’t be fired during the season…remember he still has the Buckner and May support.

Common misconception. They actually went to class and had a team team GPA of 2.8 in the first semester. It wasn’t until late in the spring semester after **** hit the fan when they stopped going to class.

It’s definitely an issue, which I’m not sure can ever be corrected. It happens every year. That’s why I mentioned Kilroys and Sports a couple months ago. These high school players come to IU and are treated like automatic celebrities before they do anything which also correlates with the Bloomington night life. Many of us, including myself, have lived the Bloomington night life.
