    But @KathywithaC said that Mike Woodson wasn’t fired. He retired because he was mad that Dolson wouldn’t confirm he was being retained. You know, the classic “If you can’t confirm that I am going to be granted a contract that pays me well into the future, I am going to forego any future payment on my current contract and just resign” situation.

    I see what is happening. Dolson flew to Clemson for the head fake, then hopped a plane to Concord, NC so he can meet up with BS in Charlotte. He told the donors to sell the head fake, but really he had his guy all along. I think the mescaline may have just kicked in.

    I have some of Woodson’s wine stained gear I will sell you. It reeks of narcissism and stale cigars, but a “true fan” won’t be able to smell it. I also have some Armond Hill gear to sell. It is game worn, so there are some nappy-time drool stains on the collar, but other than that it is in good condition.

    I went back and looked at Archie and Woody’s contracts and both had an execution date that was after the date they were announced as the new coach. Maybe Brad & Scott just have a handshake agreement or memorandum of understanding at this point.

    I think we just need to stop listening to people that have randomly shown up to this site. I have run out of most of my Hopium. Does anyone else find it weird that we are hearing positive vibes from all the newcomers but not from the posters we trust? The only Hopium I have left is that the equation remains the same. Somebody that can coach + Metric****ton of money = Happy IU fans.

    Yeah, but not in the way that UT has f-you money. SMU’s f-you money is probably better than UT’s because they are a private school, but they don’t have same level of f-you money as UT.
