  1. It will be interesting to see how your seats compare to a couple years ago and also to see how first time season ticket holders make out with their selections. Check in and let us know how you did. Hopefully the Hall will be full and rocking this season. Go Hoosiers!!!!
  2. Just checked my online account and see that my season tickets show a print date of 8/5 and now show up as electronically transferable. Just wanted to point that out for those of you season ticket holders who know that you aren’t able to use a particular game and are looking to sell or for those of you looking to buy a particular game. And just to re-up on a previous plea……please consider using the Ticket Exchange Forum on this site to sell seats you can’t use and maximize the probability that your seats will be filled by Hoosier fans. https://btownbanners.com/forum/30-ticket-exchange-forum/ Go Hoosiers!!!!
  3. Don’t forget to keep an eye on the ticket forum as the season approaches. Hopefully season ticket holders will give IU site ticket forums a shot before resorting to StubHub and other broker sites so as to increase the chance of having IU fans buy the seats. Fill the Rock with Hoosiers….Go Hoosiers!!!!
  4. My understanding is that even though Indiana has not passed legislation yet it should not adversely affect our recruiting and ability to move forward with our well-planned NIL program. Essentially after getting slam-dunked on by the Supreme Court 9 - 0 ruling the NCAA has said an athlete’s amateur status will not be threatened by NIL participation regardless of state laws. They said if it’s allowed in 7 states by statute as far as they are concerned it is good to go in all states so as not to provide competitive advantage. They do not plan to penalize schools or athletes for NIL participation.
  5. My favorite player was Quinn Buckner (a classmate by the way) and in 1976 I bought a full authentic IU uniform with candy stripe warmup pants and script Indiana warmup jacket - I chose #21 of course. Never wore it and still have it stowed away. I can’t remember what I paid for it but do remember it was DAMNED PRICEY!!!
  6. Isn’t it pretty much expected that Brown, Smith, Cockburn and Carr are gone but the others are expected to return?
  7. If I’m reading this correctly these players have an opportunity to play their way into a combine invitation. Big 10 players of note: Brown, Dickinson & Smith (Michigan), Liddell & Washington (OSU), Carr (Minnesot) & Cockburn (Illinois). https://gleague.nba.com/news/nba-g-league-announces-field-of-40-draft-prospects-for-2021-nba-g-league-elite-camp-in-chicago/amp/?__twitter_impression=true
  8. Not sure it really makes all that much difference but couldn’t ask for better weather to showcase Bloomington!
  9. Possible Shrewsbury connection via Butler/Stevens
  10. I think it's possible if not likely that we have this guy locked up but won't officially hire him for a while. He is now able to talk with recruits freely but once hired that comes to a screeching halt. It is quite an advantage to be able to have personal contact in a pandemic recruiting environment where visitation on and off campus is prohibited.
  11. He joined Moser at Oklahoma.
  12. Van Gundy resemblance? Only more handsome?
  13. Scott served as Associate AD to Glass concurrent with his Varsity Club duties and was an overseer of the basketball program. Looks like Scott has created a new position in the Kevin Van Rooy replaced Scott as VC Director but not as Associate AD in charge of basketball.
  14. He knows that everyone else in the Peegs chat are “ding dong brains!” LOL
  15. I’m new here but that’s just wrong!
  16. Thanks - appreciate the welcome!
  17. I did the same at 3:45. Woke up and my phone was there so what else to do? Still took forever to catch up then couldn’t go back to sleep. This needs to come to a head soon!
