Brad didn’t say he wasn’t coming. Why couldn’t he have just flat out said he wasn’t interested in the IU job and wouldn’t be coming? Although I’m not too sure what’s going on, still can’t completely rule it out. Just an odd thing. If not Brad, I really hope we get Dusty.

So he has two weeks to decide but could end up giving us a yes before that, and we find out sooner right?

How about this….ESPN, and all the other national networks can go ahead and announce it soon, and then IU can just announce it themselves after the season…won’t that work?!

Has there ever been a time when a coach announced he was leaving at season end, and their replacement was hired and announced before it ended? There could have been, but idk if it’s something IU would do or not. Heck, I hope!

This is me just trying to think out of the box on that….isnt Osterman Dolson’s mouthpiece? If so, I could see Dolson telling Osterman to make it sound like Brad isn’t a possibility just to help keep it quiet. I certainly realize that could be inaccurate…just another way to look at things.

On field of 68 last night after the win, Jeff Goodman: “Woody hasn’t actually publicly announced that he’s stepping down at the end of the year. So does he backtrack on something that he never really said? Indiana put out a statement, but who knows..” hahaha No Jeff…..just…...no…

Any new info that has led you to think this since previously thinking it may be Dusty 60% Brad 40%?

If Brad ends up not being a thing, I’m more than fine with Dusty. I could maybe see him bringing Fife back to be an assistant so our defense was as good as it was before Woody got rid of him. Still not losing hope on it being Brad unless an announcement proves otherwise.

According to Tom Brew with Sports Illustrated, it’s still unclear whether Woodson will coach the remainder of the season and that decision will come before Saturday.

If Brad is 100% the guy, would they wait til season is over to announce that hiring, or would they not have to?

Yeah id definitely like to think Dolson wouldn’t want this done now if he didn’t have his guy, so that’s encouraging and obviously exciting.

Does last nights crap show increase the chance of him being out before the season ends, or do you think they’ll just let him ride out the rest of the season to soak in the losses? After last nights performance I can’t decide whether I hope he coaches the Michigan and get embarrassed, or if there’d be no way the administration risks having him deal with the mayhem.

I really hope last night sparked some type of retirement announcement before Saturday, or an early dismissal. Cant stand this guy. I got to the point of laughing out loud last night when we got down 26-4, and my oldest daughter came out of her room to ask me what was so funny. I pointed at the tv, and she said “oh..yikes.” I wanted Wisconsin to just keep pouring it on, and that’s so freakin sad.
