I help with my son's third grade team. Our coach got T'd up because they were calling it very close for that age but also very inconsistently and not working with the kids on either team. Our team was on it's third game back-to-back-to-back and kids from both sides were getting distressed, so he got after them about it. One ref walks back down by our sideline and I say, "All he's asking for is some consistency for the kids." He tells me one more word and he's going to T me up as well. Following directions, I said not a word, but I did raise my eyebrows. Boom, T. Guess what though? Both guys got way better after that.
