The part about Brad wanting to change the roster and go big makes sense. That coincides with the Pacers trade talks for Hayward centered around Myles Turner. Then when the trade fell through because the Pacers wouldn’t give up more than Turner and McDermott it came out that Ainge had no interest in Turner and actually was going to flip him. I can see that Maybe Brad was pushing for Turner but Ainge didn’t want him.

Maybe Brad’s lack of a denial yesterday and all these rumors have Brad distracted and the players as well. Could explain the poor showing against Cleveland so far tonight.

If there is anyone that thinks Brad wouldn’t pick his staff they are stupid. The thing is there are reasons to think that there are people on staff that could be retained. Hunter especially but it will always be Brads choice.

If Michael Lewis came to IU as an assistant for Brad he could play a big part in whether or not Kenya Hunter is retained as an assistant. Michael and Kenya worked together for 2 years at Nebraska.

Rick Pitino just said on DD’s he’s ending his career at Iona but IU should get on a jet fly to Boston and not take no for an answer. Who knowa if he’ll really end up staying at Iona but I thought that was funny about Boston.

That was a terrible job by the AD. He settled on the first guy he liked. I heard that part of it was Freddy didn’t like to fly so he didn’t want to travel and interview multiple candidates plus I think he had a search firm involved too which Dolson isn’t doing.

None of the people have a clue what Brad would do. They are just assuming.
