    I know for a fact with 100% certainty he did. Kellen got a very unpleasant phone call from Crean after he committed to Butler.

    That said he did land Kellen Dunham who was ranked around 88 and Matt Howard who was around 122 according to 247. Kellen is Butler’s highest ever rated recruit and Matt is ranked their fourth highest. Kellen chose Butler over IU too fwiw.

    His recruiting tactics may be different in the B1G than they were in the Horizon League. That said player development should greatly improve.

    He didn’t say it was Dolson. He said influential brass. That could be anyone at IU. That could be an assistant AD, athletic board member, or a trustee like say Quinn Buckner who nobody would think much about since he works for the Pacers and Fox Sports.

    Crean firing was announced right before the start of the tournament... maybe we’ll get another IU announcement right before the start of the tournament.

    We need eyes on the ground at IU. We need people patrolling every part of campus pronto!

    Titus made a great point on his show that if Brad had said no then wouldn’t these national media guys be talking about who IU is reaching out to. They haven’t been other than just throwing out names that IU might be interested in.

    Have you seen an interesting flight or just saying to keep watching to see what happens?

    Is that part of the reason IU retained Marshall, Hunter, and Roberts to help run things for the time being. Otherwise that would put them in a bad spot to start finding new jobs if they wait around and the new coach decides to move in a different direction.

    Could’ve been to pickup an agent, lawyer, or just to stop and grab a bite to eat. Who knows but the other stops are a crazy coincidence if it’s not all connected.

    Who will leak it first IU, Brad, or Ainge. It’d it’s IU it’ll be Rabby, Brad I’m not sure, and Ainge would probably be Shams or Woj.

    So the Celtics fly to Boston tonight and then Brad flies to Indy tomorrow on the Celtics off day. If it’s official tomorrow that would give the Celtics a chance to put an interim coach in place on the off day.
