What you fail to realize is most IU fans are rooting for Crean to do good. Heck I hope he wins a title. It just wasnt gonna happen here. The damage was done and we had lost all momentum as a program. Sent from my LGLS676 using BtownBanners mobile app

Jared Jeffries is still on my wish list too. Think he would provide fundamentals and development skills. He made a living in the NBA doing the little things and continued to evolve his game to stick around. Please he is highly respected in a lot of basketball areas and would work the state pretty good. I am very excited to see what our staff and roster will look like in the next few weeks. Sent from my LGLS676 using BtownBanners mobile app

I think he is a done deal probably sooner. If Archie wants to bring him I dont think it is a hard sell at all. Dayton fans are gonna hate us. Took their coach, their next big thing and their starting pg for the next 4 years [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] Sent from my LGLS676 using BtownBanners mobile app- 40 replies

Both guys can learn patiently too. Wright can be a guy that gets 10 MPG and Smith probably 15. Sophomore leaps and could be good pieces to build around. I watched some highlights of Wright and he is underrated. Mark Smith would be a better option but have seen Butler is pulling away for him. Holtmann is getting some dudes. Saw on CB picks they the lead for a high 4 star too. If twitter is right I expect Kostas to be a Hoosier by the end of next week. Sent from my LGLS676 using BtownBanners mobile app- 40 replies

Thannis had barely even played basketball and made the NBA as a cameo for a bit. Their athletic ability alone is enough reason to see the talent. Kostas, Smith, Moore, Waters/Wright/Smith, Tucker/grad guy That is 5 spots. I think we end up with 3 or 4 off the bat but adding 1 or 2 more will make someone have to leave that wasnt expected. Id also rather not have a bunch of freshmen this late unless they are those guys. Would only give him 2-4 spots for his first full class. Forgot I want Kostas more than any of our kids and his kids. I think he was gonna be the kid that got Archie over the top at Dayton. Love the kids potential. Sent from my LGLS676 using BtownBanners mobile app- 40 replies

Yeah he seemed to really wanna play for him and doing that at an even bigger program now would be tough for him to say no. Main reason I am okay with Durham going elsewhere. Wright is a true pg. We have enough 2 guard type. I want this kid or Mark Smith/Tremont Waters and Jordan Tucker/grad guy along with Smith & getting Moore back. Pap said Moore will be hard to get back tho. If he got all that done then I am very convinced he can lead us to a tourney berth and top 5 in B1G. Sent from my LGLS676 using BtownBanners mobile app- 40 replies

Welcome Coach Miller
Yogi's Picnic Basket replied to CrossboneIU22's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Also very close to the family and part of the reason he came here. The bloodlines in that family are crazy. 3 coaches that fill top 10 jobs in the country. Sent from my LGLS676 using BtownBanners mobile app -
Every team has transfers every year man if we lost a kid or two I highly doubt anyone in the country would think we were in turmoil lol. I think we are safe seeing how U of L and UNC as well as SMU and other schools have a lot more going on than we could imagine anytime soon and you barely see it affect their programs if at all. Archie runs a clean program and will continue too. If he decided to go another route with a few kids I think 90% of the people would understand and I dont expect it to be a habit as this is his first year coming in. This isnt like it is his 4th year here wondering this things. Sent from my LGLS676 using BtownBanners mobile app

I would too. Didnt say that, it is Archie's right though and these aint his kids. He is at a elite job and is expected to produce elite results. All these ppl on here and all over saying he better do this or that right away make it to where if he is gonna take heat I would rather him do it how he wants to. Kinda hard to say he should compete for a B1G title when only one kid(Kostas) seems to be his guy and that is if he brings him. I have learned that Crean did the right thing to much and was too nice too much and it left him standing on the outside. If Archie wants to keep the whole team thats awesome. If not that is his choice to. He is coaching for his job everyday he is here. We have Gelon and Priller which are two non factors. If you have a 8 man rotation and you lose a guy or two those end of the bench guys are key. I never said I wanted Priller to go I just think he will because he doesnt fit any of Archies teams in the past. He has one year left so I would rather see Gelon gone if either. We cant just waste schollys though. If they dont produce some sort of results by junior year or show flashes then your doing it to yourself. Sent from my LGLS676 using BtownBanners mobile app
