Some of that is on Archie. CAM still gives him too many mins as lead guard handling the ball. All second half I kept wondering when Green and Rob would see the floor together. He plays better off the ball yet he always seems to have it in his hands. Tough when Al is out there with him, because when Al isn't driving the lane he seems to pick up his dribble too often leaving Green to go after the pass than receiving the pass.

And he will win some too.

Yet Al got us back in the game when we were trailing late.

I've been saying on here for years. I think we need Robert Montgomery Knight to bless the fans and program with an appearance in the 'Hall' to cast the demons of bad fortune from this program.

Not entirely a bad idea. A win and its a great confidence builder and stepping stone. A loss and its a kick in the @$$ motivation moment, and a possible stepping stone.

I wouldn't say criticism of a bad performance is the point. Some people take it to the extreme. One loss and the whole season is sh*t, or one loss and lets burn Archie at the stake. Thats just plain ridiculous and makes it difficult on these forums when the same individuals go on and on and on whether we win or lose.

I would however like Archie to answer the question of why DeVonte is not on the floor?

Not surprised. Score maybe, results no. Figured this as a loss when the schedule came out, but after FSU game had positive vibe. We know how it is winning on the road in the Big especially at the Kohl Center. Our kryptonite. All is not lost. First game on the road for this group. Hopefully it gets better, starting with the 2nd half of this game. I am laughing though at all of the doom and gloom after this bad half. Some of you are ridiculous lol.

I don't think that they can handle this defense if it is on par with tonight.

Tougher defense than they have faced and some wide eyed moments.

First big test and at times not pretty but a good win. Hope the team learned some things. Some work to do on our handles, getting the ball inbounds, and of course, free throws. Defense looked as good as it has since CAM has been here. Really thought Franklin and Damezi played well for what was asked. I like this team. Fun to watch. When we get to pushing the ball...wow.
