Most teams have an inexplicable loss every year. At this point I just hope we avoid that and get a "W".. Even an ugly one.

That is huge news about Louisville. On the other hand.....UNC will be in the tourney and probably a one or two seed which is beyond disgusting. Years of fake, not just easy, classes and NOTHING. Not to mention a few years ago when it came out that one of their star players had a slew of parking tickets and it turned out that he got them with 3 or 4 different cars!! They are the "golden child"..with Duke of the NCAA but their behavior is worse than UNLV under Tark.

The natives are not happy in Westwood. Swept by USC in basketball. UCLA has 6 players that were in top 41 in US. 3/6 were rated higher than our top recruit ((Bryant) 4-6 in conference (9th place) His buyout is over 10mm. Has a very good class coming in which might help next year.

In last few weeks they did win 6/7 including Maryland and @NB. I will take a BT win on the road...especially how they responded after a very poor start.

Did you ever see Jurkin play guard? He had a surprisingly good handle.

If only we still had Hanner to protect the rim

Also have to consider defense, help defense, not forcing offense etc to have the whole story.

I am also excited with that prospect but it is kind of funny that these days it would be a disappointment for UK as they would expect two in the top 15.

Coach K gets better and better recruits and his hair gets darker and darker. I think he is good through his mid-80's. If you have not seen it in person when he walks into Cameron Indoor it is like Ceasar lording over the gladiators (or RMK entering the Hall).

I like that Crean is seemingly showing Troy the bench when he makes boneheaded plays. Troy definately stayed more in the flow of the game after getting pine time.

Know why it happened? Were you not able to watch any of the games this year?

Yes he was on the low end of the pay scale but when I hear "pay up or he will leave" does that mean the worry is that he will get big coin as an OC? If people are afraid he will go to another Power conference team , as a HC, for more money my question is where would he go? Years 2/3 he was 5-11 in conference. Years 4/5 he was 3-13 with his guys. Who in the BT, ACC etc is throwing money after that?
