So now that you haven't accepted it, did it turn the loss into the win? I guess I'll never understand the idea that telling everyone how much you hate a loss and they couldn't possibly hate it more than you somehow makes your opinion the right one.

And the other two wins came against teams ranked #7 and #13 by Pom. In fact, Pom will tell you that 4 of our 9 conference games were against teams ranked 1-2-3 in the Big Ten.....and we only have one game left against that group.

You need to watch other teams play in you think there are teams in the Big Ten who consistenly don't have issues on one side of the ball for stretches of minutes during games.

How many teams do you think go through Big Ten play and don't have long stretches where the results aren't there in a game? Maryland sure as heck did today.

This post comes right after you just posted that we were jobbed by the refs at home.....and yet you see know progress after playing against them previously and getting blown out from horn to horn to today?

Always seems to get lost on fans that players feel pretty damn bad when they fail.

Words from someone forced to do so by their coach are meaningless. Walking toward the crowd with 14 seconds repeatedly saying **** You speaks louder than a forced apology i get that he’s a 19 year old. But two things didn’t happen: the refs didn’t T him and sturgeon didn’t bench him.

RP missed the front end of a huge one-and-one with about three minutes left, I believe. Al took a three pointer very early in the shot clock when we were up a couple of possessions with about two minutes left. Jerome Hunter's turnover was inexplicable. If Smith and Brunk make layups in the first half, we're not having this conversation. If TJD hadn't committed a head scratching illegal screen to start the game or a foul early in the second half, he doesn't have to sit for any length of time. But you are right.....in the end it's just convenient and lazy to lay it Green. Also lazy and convenient to blame it all on Archie Miller when things go bad but give no credit when they go well. Teams win and lose as a team.

But the refs didn't. After he made the shot with 14 seconds he's walking at the crowd and yelling "**** YOU!" multiple times. Time and score makes no difference. That's a technical 10 out of 10 times.

This one hurts. Had no business losing.

I would think Maryland would look to foul.
