  1. I am guessing that there are probably player(s) that have ties with unannounced assistants that will be coming to IU.
  2. Assuming at this point everyone is gone. Culture change probably demands it. Hope he finds sonewhere where he returns to his Washington state level
  3. Lol….bob Huggins is said to be in the mix for the McNeese state job.
  4. Competing stories out there right now.
  5. I haven't seen any definitive source saying Richard Pitino has been hired by Villanova yet.
  6. Tru Washington, 6'4" New Mexico guard. 11.1 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.9 assists. 43/34/63 Lathan Somerville, Rutgers, 6'10" post. In 21 minutes/game averaged 8.2 points and 4.1 rebounds. Shot 51% and was a surprisingly good free throw shooter, making 82 of 95 attempts (86%). Three years eligibility. Jacob Cofie, Virginia. 6'10" power forward/post. In 21 minutes/game, averaged 7.2 points and 4.6 rebounds. 50% from the field. Three years eligibility remaining.
  7. Unfortunately for Carlyle he played himself out of a bag for next year
  8. USI to Indiana State to St. Louis. It's not like he'd be jumping straight from USI to the B1G.
  9. Indy Star, are you kidding me with this headline? https://www.indystar.com/story/sports/college/indiana/2025/03/24/indiana-womens-basketball-transfer-portal-holes/82626643007/
  10. Is he in the portal? Haven't seen him pop up. My guess is he's likely tied to Chester Frazier.
  11. Tre Dinkins, 6'2" guard, Duequesne. 12.9 pts, 2.3 reb, 3.1 ast. Bulk three point shooter. 195/533 in his career (37%).
  12. Joseph Pinion, 6'5" guard from Arkansas State. 12.0 pts, 4.1 reb, 1.4 ast. 43/36/89. Bit player at Arkansas for two years prior. Would seem to be a candidate to follow his coach to South Florida.
  13. Did he complete the zoom or was he taken out for the last five minutes of it? I kid, I kid.
  14. I understand, but trying to figure a guy's role on a roster that isn't made is pointless.
  15. Seems like Drake is becoming a stepping stone to a Big Ten job. Last three coaches -- Medved, DeVries, and McCollum -- all entering the Big Ten this year.
  16. The amount of arguing over a guy who hasn't yet signed at IU and whose role is being argued about on a roster that hasn't even been made yet is ridiculous. I'm out.
  17. Mike James, 6'5" wing, NC State. 12.6 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists. 40/34/82. Isaiah Coleman, 6'5" wing, Seton Hall. 15.6 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists. 39/30/76.
  18. Dusty Stromer, 6'6" wing, Gonzaga. 17.5 minutes/game, 4.3 points, 2.1 rebounds. Bulk three point shooter. Shot 40/34/79. Teddy Washington, 6'2" guard, SE Missouri State. 13.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, 2.5 assists. 39/29/77.
  19. Your claim that the average point guard is 5'11" just took a big hit.
  20. Favour Aire in the portal again? Miami 22-23 -- 0.6 points/game in 14 games Penn State 23-24 -- 0.6 points/game in 12 games Bryant 24-25 -- did not play in any games How much farther can he transfer down?
  21. No...he didn't. If his assist ratio is 2 to 1 and he 'turned it over 30% of the possessions he used last year', does that mean he had assists on 60% of the possessions 'he used'? A '30% of the possessions he 'used' rate' is nothing more than a comparison of turnovers to shots taken which is a false way of looking at turnover percentage.
  22. Also I believe that you can enter the portal as a grad transfer after the portal closes.
  23. I agree with what you are saying. Before NIL, you could take guys like this and not think much of it. He would just be taking a scholarship, may not see the floor, but would probably help out in practice. Now, even the practice players are getting a piece of the pie with regard to NIL and other money. The investment is much higher now even for players 10-15 on the depth chart. Enright not seeing the floor and be a practice player? Come on.
  24. Elijah Price, New Mexico, 6'9" Freshman forward. Averaged 10.5 points, 8.3 rebounds, 1.3 blocks and 1.3 steals.
  25. It doesn't matter what anyone on a message board 'wants' him to play. Unlike under Woodson, I expect if he comes to IU the minutes he plays will be allotted correctly and not just given because of some 'promise' that only changed once it became apparent that Woodson wasn't going to be coming back.
