    This is where we usually have struggled -- get a lead, extend it, and then start giving up quick buckets. Lead was 13, gave up a 3. Job is to now let it compound. Galloway is Nuke LaLoosh right now -- lots of assists, lots of turnovers.

    Quarterback from Wisonsin -- Tyler Van Dyke -- in the portal. Started at Miami (Florida) from 2021 through 2023, throwing for over 7400 yards with 54 touchdowns to 23 interceptions and completed 64% of his passes. Was Wisky's starter this year but sustained a knee injury in the third game and missed the rest of the year.

    Kirby Smart said earlier today that Carson Beck had an MRI and they were waiting on results. Said the pain was mostly in his elbow and said that Beck was pretty somber after the MRI. I'm guessing it's not good.

    Really doubt they will. Cheapest tickets about two weeks before the IU/Purdue game were $200.

    The amount out whining coming out of Alabama is ridiculous. Their AD says he is going to 'need to reevaluate their non-conference schedule for the future'. Don't freaking lose to the bottom half of your conference. It's that simple. Oklahoma and Vandy were 5-11 in conference and two of those wins were against Bama.

    So how tough did that group of South Florida, Mercer, Western Kentucky and Wisconsin look five years ago? None had a chance against Alabama.

    Nick Saban is complaining that teams won't schedule teams out of conference if they don't reward the SOS. Fact: Alabama scheduled Western Kentucky, South Florida, Wisconsin, and Mercer in the non-conference.

    Considering that they didn't punish conference championship losers much, I would be shocked if SMU isn't in.

    5. It's like I had been indicating -- they aren't punishing conference championship losses. They haven't posted it yet, but IU will be playing Notre Dame.

    ESPN showing the 'record against teams over .500' stat for Alabama/SMU. Why not show the 'record against teams .500 or under'? Bama 4-2, SMU 6-0.
