Cuban is an owner but he's also a fan when he's at the games. I doubt he'd let Carlisle do what he does.

How could Cuban be a fan of mediocre to bad results, misleading then creaning players, acting unprofessional during and after games and of course no accountability on or off the court. Cuban doesn't seem like a person whose ok being promised one thing then given another. Better?

No because of Floida taxes somebody making less than the max on the Heat can actually make more money than somebody with the same years playing for the Pacers or Celtics after taxes.
