Going to Ramsey seemed like the obvious decision to me. Lagow simply can't get it done. Too many missed receivers and offers no mobility.

How effective Ellison will be rushing the ball will be a huge question mark in this game.

Hoping Brandon Knight can return return for this game. Offensive Line could use him, don't care where, just plug him in somewhere.

Fresh off Allen's first career win at IU, we have another good shot at a win with FIU coming to town. FIU lost to UCF 61-17 in their opening game before beating Alcorn State 17-10 last week. Should be interesting to see whether Ramsey or Lagow get the majority of the snaps at QB next week. I'm personally on the Ramsey train. While we're at it, I also fully believe Ellison should be our #1 running back. He's clearly our best running back.

I understand that, as I said, it's a stupid rule. The fact Gooch is suspended for that is flat out stupid.

That's a clean hit. He got hit in the head, it's unfortunate but there's nothing dirty or malicious about it. The fact that he's ejected and suspended for the first half of the next game as a result is nothing short of a joke. its a dangerous game, everyone knows it when they play.

I think you proved our point.. This was a highlight video of our quarterback, by his junior year. How many of his highlights were passes? 4. In a 6 minute video of his career highlights, only four were pass plays (and one was like a 15 yard pass). Says all you need to know. Serious question, has Zander ever completed 16 passes in a game?

Ramsey was rolling to his right and threw a 40 yard pass exactly where it should have been to Hale for a TD. Comparing him to Zander is absurd.

28-31? Maybe he should be a QB...

Honestly I'm more worried about our RB's than our offensive line for this game. Not sure Majette is a feature back. I like Ellison, and he'd by my #1. Would like to see him get most of the carries.

Yeah I really don't think Lagow was an issue for us... It was more us getting torched offensively. The fumble isn't his fault, he got smacked from behind. His 2nd INT was at the end of the game when we basically had to force the ball down the field. His first INT hurt, a lot, but we were winning at the end of the first half. It wasn't the reason we lost.

What's the deal with Knight @RT? Will he be good to go vs Virginia?

Yeah it sucks to lose Westbrook, but I am completely fine with the duo of Hale/Cobbs on the outside. Both of them were winning their battles vs one of the top secondaries we will face. This game was lost in the trenches.
