  1. There you are! Good to see you post, we've been wondering where the hell you were.
  2. Hopefully he and his parents are watching and realise what's being built here and are smart enough to know that without a complete gift from Purdue Marquette loses last night's game badly. WoJo's coaching was nonexistent at worse and atrocious at best. Where does the scoring come from next season without Howard? Just don't see it if the kid wants to play for a competitive team.
  3. Emphasis on loooooong!
  4. Haven't heard from you in a while. Glad you're back.
  5. Same here. As Lennon and McCartney once said. I got a feeling,a feeling deep inside. OH YEAH!
  6. That sounded way to positive.
  7. And the beat goes on at UNCheat.
  8. Well, let’s hope Kansas gets hit as hard as U of 6 by the NCAA, although I do respect them for going big at their season opening celebration. IU would never hire a rapper to perform at Hoosier Actually there was some rapping going on at Sampson's last event. That worked out rather nicely.
  9. Ordinarily this would worry me and I guess it does some but I feel pretty good about us and this kid. Living in this neck of the woods and knowing lots of people from that area he just seems like an Indiana kid even more so than Langford and I always thought we were getting him.Well, at least after Louisville was out of the picture. As Hoosier Guy would say. Bank It!
  10. James Blackmon had a really nice floater coming out of high school. He was deadly with it.6 months with Coach Analytics and he was driving into traffic and bring blocked at the rim most of the time. The head fake and the short jumper are a lethal weapon thats been lost in the modern game with all the Analytic BS.
  11. Humility, such a welcome trait in these times.Love it.
  12. My thoughts too. Being old I came up withJulius Erving.
  13. Agree, really think the kid could be a difference maker this season.Let's hope for the best both for the squad and more importantly for Jerome.
  14. Has anyone (Chris007) heard anything regarding Jerome's status? The last I heard it would be August and I'm getting antsy. I know there was a mention of a Twitter feed a while back where he was looking for a pickup game in Ohio. That sounded positive and made me believe he would be cleared shortly thereafter.Probably just wishful thinking on my part.
  15. What an @$$.He just can't help himself.
  16. Maybe we ought to wait for actual results instead of freaking out about predictions. The national pundants are reacting to last year's record not taking into account the the abnormal amount of injury that this team endured. This squad will be a year older, hopefully healthy and have a chip on their shoulder. As much as I harped on Green last year he was a force to be reckoned with late and Smith could actually become consistent. I dont know of many people in the big who can handle a healthy DeRon down low.Add in the addition of another true big man in Brunk plus an all American Freshman and I believe this team will be much better then last year. Thompson was just getting healthy and was a factor late also. We have a nice point guard, who by the way was hurt, plus in Durham a junior all purpose guard that improved greatly last season. If and I know it's if things fall in to place this could be a very nice season. Hell who knows Jerome Hunter might even be and impact player like predicted.I'm not even close to giving up on Miller yet and don't give a s*** what people forecast this time of year. Find your own cliff to jump off because I'm not ready! GO HOOSIERS!!
