UNC's predictive metrics put them. 15-20 spots above IU as well. It's usually less important than other metrics, but that's a pretty big gap.
IU's win @ Michigan St. could be a big difference though.
Better hope Utah St beats Colorado St. Both CSU and BSU were right around the first 4 out entering conference tourneys. I could see the committee putting both of them in if they play in the finals. And if CSU wins, you are guaranteed a bid steal in the MWC.
Hurley is certainly a character. I don't like him much, but I guess I can get the appeal. I'm sure if he coached IU, I would run through a wall for him.
I mean, Steph Curry just became an assistant GM for Davidson (whatever that title/role means, Idk). Not saying I buy the Zeller/Stevens combo, but there is that.
