  1. I hear you bowhunter---as a fellow southern Indiana Hoosier---I want to see Lyle succeed too!  But---I want his turnaround to start before he gets to IU if that is where he ultimately ends up.  I just like what we have going with chemistry and good character kids and don't want a repeat of whatever happened last year!
  2. IF he ends up at IU----Jeney will take care of those extra pounds!
  3. Thank you hoosierpap---I agree that this makes me feel a whole lot better. I have been checking a lot of sites today as I was afraid we might be hearing of his commit.    It seems Crean is doing this the right way---expressing our continued interest but hopefully evaluating and demanding that he work on past issues.
  4. Those are my questions too Dalton26.   I thought Oregon had to release him when he failed to academically qualify for enrollment there.   I am also curious if we actually have an offer on the table to him?
  5. I am hearing talk there are discussions to bring him in at semester---still don't know how that could work scholarship wise--but before we get the cart before the horse---does he have an IU offer yet?   Insiders or those "in the gym"--- did Lyle leave Btown with an actual offer?
  6. I am afraid someone got in his (or momma's) ear!
  7. Well--I don't know if TB is really sick--but I know I am because I think Hysteria could have really helped sway him.   Let's hope we hear about another visit here soon---but I personally don't like the sound of this.
  8. Yep---assistant coaches were in his ear and leading him around.  He was definitely not just a casual observer.
  9. There does appear to be major IU interest in Lyle. ---- The staff appeared to be giving him VIP treatment at Hysteria.
  10. Whatever you want to say about the Cuse---this is great news for IU---like we all said---just getting TB on campus could get us back in play---and it apparently has!  Go Hoosiers!
  11. Wow--BIG news----literally!   I posted in this thread on October 20th that I wanted to see TB come to hysteria-----sometimes wishes come true!   Now---let's get Leaf to come too and call it a day!
  12. If you watch a lot of his video---OG just has the look of a star in the making!  Now--he has to keep improving and put in the work when he gets here!   But first--let him enjoy himself as he experiences his first Hysteria!
  13. Nice  #1CreanApologist!  Would love to start seeing some crystal ball flips to us!
  14. Would really like to get Bryant to Hysteria!  Anybody hearing anything?
  15. Future looks bright for OG!    Good to see so many posts and views in his thread----he deserves it!
  16. OH-- that last burrito gets you every time!  Need some Alka Seltzer!   Plop--Plop--Fizz--Fizz--Oh what a relief it is!   If Bryant commits--he would sure be the Alka Seltzer that cures our acid indigestion over the lack of a Big man!
  17. We welcome any details Basketball4iU!   Good to hear Martin and the staff "pulled out all the stops" to impress Bryant!
  18. Thanks for the updates Hoosier Nation!  Hope Bryant loves the trip!
  19. Keep dreaming IUHoosier5---sometimes dreams come true!
  20. Hope Mr.Bryant has a GREAT weekend in Btown !    Maybe some of that Cream and Crimson will offset that terrible Orange color he's been thinking about!
  21. We CAN have discussions about disagreements on the way Crean recruits without calling out specific players by name.   And MikeRoberts--I suggest we did have similar players in the 80's and 90's---but I don't even know yet because I have yet to see Priller play his first game!  :scratchhead:
  22. OK---maybe the dark alley comment was over the top---but day ---after day--- after day--- the posts turn into--blah blah blah--- Priller this or Priller that---suggestions he is gone after this year--- or ought to transfer--or he's gonna get creaned---all before he even gets to play a game for his dream team.    I am frankly sick of it. I deliberately tried a post with some shock value to see if we could press the reset button on all of the crud that's being spouted about Priller--one of OUR players.   You don't think he's worthy---we get it!  But--he's here people---and I can't think of one thing he has done to deserve any of this.   I may be old school---but this is not the way we ever treated any of our new players in the 80's or 90's--it's a shame.
  23. This is getting ridiculous.  Are some of you really now suggesting kids at the Hyper deserve a spot over Priller and April?  (Funny how it's no longer Holt or Z3)-----LOL!  I hope Priller and April find out your identities and meet you in a dark alley and....well you know the rest!   I was at IU for 7 years and played in the Hyper all 7 years---there were virtually no 6'9 or 7'0" players there. I am sure it's not that much different today.  Everybody was griping that we had no height so Crean added some and now they're not talented enough even though they haven't even played a game yet and one has been injured. Come on people-- Priller and April were recruited for their height and specialties----good grief this Board gets more ridiculous every day.   If Priller and April are reading these posts---and I pray they are not---not all of us feel this way. Get a grip people!   Quit acting like we're Purdue!
  24. Oh---but it was a great "1" to win!  :D
  25. Hey--I played on a championship dorm team at the HYPER--but I don't have any eligibility left!  Rats!  :banghead:
