Every day without a positive reinforcement of Archie's status from Dolson to me indicates his days are numbered.

Per Zach Osterman, we've already made a decision not to participate (page 1772 of College Bball Thread) -
Jake Weingarten - Northeastern transfer Tyson Walker tells @Stockrisers he’s heard from the following schools: Miami, Michigan State, Kansas, Nebraska, Seton Hall, Mizzou, Arkansas, Georgia, St. John’s, Pittsburgh, Indiana, Florida, Providence, USC, DePaul, K-State, TCU, Vandy, others. He attended New Hampton School (Alex Karaban) https://www.sports-reference.com/cbb/players/tyson-walker-1.html

Zach Osterman regarding participation in the NIT -- With teams option out this merits another mention: My understanding for a few days has been IU would not participate in the NIT if invited. I believe that's a consideration taken as much down to not wanting to ask players to do it after a long season as anything else.

Get ready to buttonhole this thread until January 2022. Interesting to see a year from now how many of the names that have been bandied about as potential replacements for '21-22 drop out of contention for various reasons. Archie better start working the transfer market pretty damn hard because only 1 2021 commit ain't gonna cut it and if Archie's retained I'll be very worried about how many of our existing roster will depart and have to be replaced. -
Interesting read from Osterman. https://indianapolisstar-in.newsmemory.com/?publink=29f5556b8_1345cae

There will be no state championship for Moeller this year as they were beaten 40-38 tonight by Centerville in a regional final and Duncomb's high school career is over. Hopefully have stats available tomorrow. From Alec Lasley - '21 Logan Duncomb goes for 14 pts and 13 reb in a 40-38 loss in the Regional Final. -

Brathwaite Highlights Final Day at NCAA Indoor Championships Indiana Track & Field wrapped up the final day of NCAA Indoor Track & Field National Championships on Saturday afternoon. Rikkoi Brathwaite led the Hoosiers with a third place finish in the 60m. Brathwaite clocked a time of 6.55 in the 60m semifinal to earn a spot in Saturday's final. During the final, Brathwaite went 6.56 to take home the bronze medal. This was the highest finish in a sprint event, that is still ran today, in program history. The highest finish previously was Kind Butler in the 200m in 2012. Nathan Stone competed in the pole vault and placed ninth overall. The sophomore cleared a height of 5.40m (17' 8.5") in his first NCAA competition. Brathwaite, Stone, and the rest of the Hoosiers squad will now shift to the outdoor season. The schedule will be announced at a later date. All dates, times, and locations are subject to change. Check IUHoosiers.com for the latest information. Speaking of Creighton, I saw earlier today that Mason Miller stated he's sticking with Creighton. Mildly interesting he felt compelled to say something publicly.

From Tennessee - Fans that purchased tickets to the TSSAA's Class AAA girls basketball state championship game may now need to buy new ones if they plan to attend the title game. The TSSAA announced Saturday on its Twitter account that it refunded all purchased tickets to the Class AAA title game after it learned that an individual accessed private ticket links and purchased a large portion of the 1,000 tickets available. The TSSAA wrote in a tweet that person "acted with the purpose of reselling the tickets and keeping the opposing team's fans from attending." -
Kentucky freshman Cam'Ron Fletcher has entered the transfer portal, sources told ESPN. Former ESPN 100 prospect played nine games this season for the Wildcats. We kicked the tires on Fletcher but never offered.
