  2. 09/13 @MBWeaver: 3-star Florida LB Dylan Meeks (@KosherDyl44) tells @Corey_Bender that #Indiana is one of his top 2 schools.
  3. Big 10 freshman of the week! Congrats Marcelino!
  4. Anybody going to the game? I will be heading down from the Indy area in the morning; hoping to avoid some traffic!
  5. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HnYxVl4UUK0 Yeah it was a clean hit, just one of those unfortunate injuries.
  6. We absolutely need to beat them... I was at Memorial Stadium when BSU beat us in '08 under Lynch and again in '11 when we played them at Lucas Oil stadium. Also got the watch on TV when they beat us in '12...if coach Wilson really wants to get some of the best in-state recruits he cannot go 0-3 against them. But the program has come a long way since the first year Wilson took over; I'm ready for a cardinal beat down!
  7. While I agree that Devine is not as talented as Tevin or Jordan, I think he could get drafted in the late rounds. I hope he stays healthy and rushes for 1,000+ yards again this season (Already has 135 yds.). A big reason he may be rush for 1,000+ yds again and get drafted is our O-line though! With the holes that our O-line creates, a below average RB can look good.
  8. Don't know who made this, but they deserve a raise.
  9. lol Hey it's early for me! Especially when I have to be up by 7am to get ready and drive an hour to Bloomington.
  10. I really hope coach McCullough stays at IU for a long time. The RB's have been very productive since he got here! And I like Cole Gest; once he learns to wait for the holes to open and adjusts to the speed of the game he will be really good. I like the comparison the announcers made last night; he looks like a mini Christian McCaffrey!
  11. I saw a picture not too long ago with him and coach Johns (I think) and all the receivers. I think he may be working as a student assistant for the team?
  12. I've been there as early as 9:00 AM for noon games, and there were some people there already.
  13. Lagow TDs- 2 Lagow Yards- 190 Redding yards and TDs- 85 yds 1 TD Next highest rusher- Devonte Williams Diamont > than 5 snaps? No Leader in receptions? Ricky Jones Leader in receiving yards? Simmie Cobbs Leader in tackles? Tegray Scales Offensive MVP? Richard Lagow Defensive MVP? Marcus Oliver Points by Oakes? 12
  14. 1. Develop a pass rush. Can't give the opposing QB all the time in the world to throw. Even with an improved secondary an average QB will eventually find an open receiver if given the time. 2. Like everyone has said; Lagow needs to take care of the ball and not force things. But I also think he needs to stay healthy in order for the team to have a good season. 3. The O-line and the RB group will be good so we might have to rely on them to slow down some games and ease some stress for Lagow.
  15. I think I would call it another successful season if we got 6 wins and went to another bowl game. Anything above that would be great but I will hold my expectations back a bit and just hope we don't have any major injuries this season.
  16. Wouldn't that be amazing? I like your optimism! But only two losses? I hope you are right Lucel!
  17. Saw somewhere on Twitter that we were leading at this point. He's releasing his top 5 soon.
  18. At FIU-W Vs Ball State- W BYE Vs. Wake Forest- W Vs Mich. State- L At OSU- L Vs Nebraska- L At Northwestern- W Vs Maryland- W At Rutgers- W Vs Penn State- L At Michigan- L Vs Purdue- W 7-5...That's my prediction. But I could see us winning another game or losing two more.
  19. @pdiprimio: IU coach Kevin Wilson said the defense won the preseason over the offense. Potentially that's a huge deal. @pdiprimio: IU DC Tom Allen on the D: "Is it here we go again or do I put my fist in the air and foot in the ground and say, No, it changes today?" Can't wait to see how the defense looks next Thursday!
  20. Official depth chart as of 08/26. No surprise, Lagow listed as the starting QB. Of interest, Devonte Williams behind Redding. Also Ben Bach starting at husky.
  21. Projected defensive depth chart. Green – returning starter Yellow – seen action but not a starter Red – hasn’t seen the field
