    My issue, again, is the fiery pre-game speech imploring his team to leave it all out on the field, only for him to go conservative and cost our team the game with a multitude of mistakes. I just have a hard time respecting someone who can't practice what they preach. The program is definitely headed in the right direction but it's taking baby steps when it could be making leaps and bounds.
