I don't think that Alford is a guy who can unite a fractured fan base, and that worries me. He would be coming in with a portion of the fanbase already against him, and will make it harder to succeed. This hire needs to be someone that a vast majority can relate to, and support. Anything other than this could spell bad times ahead for Indiana basketball and push them further into the depths.

Anyone who can promotes fundamentals, values the ball, teaches defense, and holds player accountable for their actions both during the game and off the court. And his contract value is based off who you find. If Donavon is an option his value is higher than Archie. It all depends.
